We offer a variety of different cuisines from Indian, Middle Eastern, South American and South East Asian Foods. We serve cusinines from different countries to give you a variety in your meal plan but still keeping everything Healthy & High Protein!

What’s the Quantity/ Portion Size?

Each meal includes around 400 grams of food, plus an additional 150 grams of sauce or gravy. If you’re training hard, we offer larger, customized bowl options also. Rest assured, our portions are generous compared to other healthy food spots.

Which oil is used in the Food?

Accepted Answer

We use several different types of oil depending on the recipe. All Marinations & Salad Dressings are made with Olive Oil. All high heat cooking is done with Sunflower Oil/Coconut Oil/ Sesame Oil - Depending on Recipe. But rest assured all our meals are made with very minimal oil, about 10 grams per meal.

Are the Meals served Hot?

None of our meals are ever sent hot. The meals are prepared with very minimal oil, which makes them spoil easily during delivery. We chill them to 4°C before dispatch to ensure freshness & prevent contamination. You can reheat them in a Microwave or Oven for 2-3 mins whenever you'd like to eat.
